my works for "2 Sketches 4 You" challeng

Here is a notebook cover, made according to Kazan's sketch # 26:

The notebook size is 21x15 cm. I made it for myself, to use it for notes etc. I love pink, it is one of my favorite colors, and cats are my favorite animals! I have 2 adorable black cats - Tzipo and Anna, so I decided to color the stamp black and distress (I hope that is the right term...) around with pink ink, and also stamped pink cat paws :)

Finally crafting

Two weeks agomy sister joined the army and I finally had the room for myself!!! I thought I'll finally be free to create whenever I want, But at my work they thought different... the last weeks were SO busy! I worked late every day, and I just haven't had any time and energy left :/ This weekend I finally had some time and inspiration, So I finished a canvas picture I've been working on during the last two weeks, one piece at a time... :

I really enjoyed making it. I love colorful pictures, and it was real fun cutting and pasting and painting... :)

I also made a card for CPS challenge, but since I had problems connecting the camera to the computer I couldn't upload it on time. I still love it very much :) I love these colors.

And that's not all - I made one more card and "renovated" a notebook, but I'll upload it in the next post because they were made according to the "2 Sketches 4 You" challenge sketches...

New cards

Last weekend was a bit busy - my sister came home from the army with tons of stories and we had a lovely family weekend! We went to play bowling and pool, and back home we played cards and monoply (I won!!! big time :). Surprisingly I still had time (and power...) to make 2 cards.

The first one is a to a friend's wedding on Thursday:

The second one was made accordind to CPS sketch #112. It won't be given soon, but it already has it's address - friends of ours are planning a long trip abroad somewhen later this year :P

You're in the army now...

My sister Dana was recruited to the army last week, and here's the card I made for her (from me and our brother) :

We also bought her chocolate bars with writings - "good luck", "thank you" and "with love", and wished her "Good luck in your service, thank you for guarding us and the country! With love, Omer & Adi". In addition we made her a "time table" - we wrote a sentence with 25 letters, each letter represent one month of service. On the last day of every month she colors this month's letter until the end of her service in 24 months! And what is the sentence? "When this sentence is over, I'll be free!" (in Hebrew it is 24 letters... "כשהמשפט הזה ייגמר אני אשתחרר").

Stamp Something

This week's challenge at "Stamp Something" was making something with the colors green, yellow and blue. These beautiful colors were chosen in honor of the spring - cool idea :) so here's my card (mostly green and blue, but also a little bit of yellow - the ribbon):

CPS #111 - sketch

This card was made for CPS challenge #111 - a sketch. I like it's colors :) My sister advised me to add the ribbon, and I think it was a great idea!!!
